Who does your shipping?

All orders ship out of The Salt of the Earth warehouse located in New Jeresy.

We currently use Fed Ex exclusively for shipping orders because we have found them to be most reliable and efficient shippers. They are also able to supply Tracking Numbers so we can keep an eye on your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until the moment it is delivered to your door.

Where does my order ship from?
All orders will ship out of our warehouse in New Jersey. All orders will arrive within 2-5 business days. For customers living on the West Coast, please expect additional time for delivery.

When ?

When will my order ship?

All in-stock products are shipped the same day (order must be received by 2:00 PM otherwise it will go out following business day). Orders received on Holidays and Weekends will ship out the following business day. We use Fed Ex as our shipping provider. Once the order has been received and processed, the customer will receive an email containing a Fed Ex tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping.

How is my order packaged?
All rock salt lamps and rock tea lights are wrapped in a moisture resistant plastic bag with fully insulated bubble wrapping and styrofoam corners to protect against lamp movement. The item is secured in a durable brown product box and then placed in a second box for additional shipping protection.

What is the Return Policy?


All products carry a Life Time Guarantee. If items are damaged during shipping, they will be fully insured by our shipping provider and the customer will receive a replacement product straightaway.

In the event the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase they may return the product for a refund within 21 days of purchase. However, both the Neti Pot and Bath Bath Bars must contain original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note original packaging must be included to receive a refund. Customers will pay a 10% restocking fee and the return-shipping for items not damaged or defective. Please email salt.shipping@gmail.com to obtain a Return Number before mailing any returns.
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, a $10 fee will be assessed for each order number. To successfully cancel an order, the customer must contact a The Salt of the Earth associate via email or phone before 2 PM (PST) the day the order was placed. At which time, a representative will contact the person requesting a cancellation and refund their money, minus the cancellation charge.
